. . . then it's a straight shot to the holidays!
The holidays are approaching quickly. Many buildings up and down Lake Shore Dr. have their lights up and greenery out, lots of discussion about "black friday" and today I even picked up a new Christmas CD at Starbucks (Michael Buble...very nice... very old school sounding). Anyway, I want to enjoy the last bit of fall and have one last autumnal weekend. Winter can wait a few days as far as I'm concerned... it's a LONG winter here in Chicago.
Anyone else trying to ease into the holidays??

Yup, it is going to be a long winter in Chicago! The only thing I am looking forward to is working on house projects. (My husband refused to do anything inside our home during the nice spring, summer and fall weather!).
